Hi! It's me, Hope...
Michaela wasn't looking, so I decided to write her Monday's post for her. I'm so sneaky. This is my first time blogging! You could call me adogger blogger ;) I've been at my new home now for a week and I love my new family! They bought me so many toys and fun things to play with! I especially love chewing the feet of the couch. I'm almost 10 weeks old and want to savor all my time as a little pup, so I'm going to tell you what my favorite things are so far:
Favorite toy: My no-stuffing-fox. He has two squeakers and I love playing tug-a-war with him, but mama makes me stop when I growl a little bit.
Favorite place to sleep: By the edge of the couch all snuggled up with my blankey
Favorite thing to watch on TV: Football. Go 49ers!! My family yelled so loud when they won I got a little scared, but I told them it was okay since our team made it one step closer to the Super Bowl...whatever that is :)
Favorite naughty thing to do: Sometimes when my fam isn't looking I will run to my bed and find the zipper to the stuffing pouch. I pull the zipper all the way back and totally undo my doggie bed. I think it's so funny, but my family doesn't!
Favorite color: I love purple like Michaela, but my mama couldn't find a lavender harness collar for me, so I'm going with pink now!
Best trick: Well, I'm a very smart puppy so I'm learning a lot right now, but my new family is teaching me how to ring a bell to let them know I have to go potty. I'm getting really good at it, but sometimes I go potty on the floor just to keep them on their toes ;)
More fun facts: I love going outside to get fresh air...

Eating treats from my friend's little hands...
Snuggling with my sister...
and my beautiful mama...
I'm so lucky to have such a great family, and they always tell me how lucky they are to have little ole me :)

@E.- Good question! My mom is training her to be a therapy dog, so we have to work on her exhibiting little to no aggression. If it's just one little growl or something minor, we just ignore it, but if she starts to really growl/bite/bark loudly, we take away the toy for a second and tell her "no" or "gentle". It's like a 5 second time-out. Then we give her back her toy and she's all good. This only happens like twice a day. Don't worry, she gets all the regular play time any other puppy would get :)
