Blogger Stylin' Home Tour: Christmas Apartment Decor

Welcome to my Holiday Home Tour 2015! I'm so excited to have you get a peak into my little apartment :) Hello to all my new friends from Rain on a Tin Roof blog. I'm so glad you've stopped by! I'm thrilled to be a part of the Blogger Stylin' Home Tour this season. Be sure to hop around and see everyone's tours. These ladies are a talented and inspiring bunch! Thanks to Lindsay of White Buffalo Styling Co. for hosting!

Let's get started with the tour:

This deer pillow is my favorite ever. It often gets moved from my living room sofa to my bedroom. You'll see it in both places in this post ;)

red car Happy Holidays pillow / gold deer

I picked up this wreath for $9.99 at Trader Joes this week. PTL for Trader Joes! It smells heavenly-- much needed considering my Christmas tree is fake.

I switched out one of my pieces of art with this new Kristy Rice painting. IN love with it! I also added a red frame with a picture of a tree outside my apartment from last year's first snow. The snow fell on the tree in a ribbon pattern. It was amazing! This adorable little snow globe sits on the shelf next to my frame. In my mint vases that sit on either side of my TV, I found some new winter branches. One pack of 5 branches was the perfect amount to fill out my vases.

Meanwhile, this frosty blush color blanket is SO incredibly cozy. It comes in lots of colors-- in fact, my mom has the light blue!

A simple, fresh poinsettia is the only thing my dining space needs to bring it to life. I love the bright red bouncing off of the white! This is also from Trader Joes. I switched out my usual white candles for gold ones for the new season.
(The metal wall decor was from a few years ago, but these are extremely similar.

I decked out my bookshelf with a little winter scene of houses. I love this because not only does it look cute and wintery, it reminds me of what the town of Bethlehem might look like. I stacked some of the houses on books to offer some height to the vignette, then stacked a few more on this mercury glass box. I filled in with trees! West Elm is killing it this year with their fun decor. I had a ball picking out some new things from the Grand Rapids store.

Glitter houses / porcelain cityscape  / bottle brush trees / stockings: from Land of Nod a few years ago, but they were discontinued.

I told you this gold deer pillow from So Vintage Chic doesn't stay put ;) I love it in my bedroom!

A delicious oatmeal cookie candle sits on my nightstand.

There you have it! That's my home for the holidays. I can't wait to help my mom decorate her house in California and show you that as well. Stay tuned.

Head on over to Dwellings by DeVore for more Christmas inspiration!

Happy Thursday!
