How-To: Invitation Suite Styling Video

Today is a big day! As you probably know, when I'm not doing client design work, you can find me traveling the country teaching The Bloom Workshop with my friend, Ashley. As a photographer and designer pair, we created Bloom to help creative women crush it in their industry. We want to give you the tools and practical advice to implement TODAY, so that your business is the best it can be. We want to create beauty alongside other creatives, so that together we are impacting the lives of our clients, inspiring others, and using our creative talents to the best of our abilities.

We're excited to be releasing a new product in our Resource Room shop today! As wedding season is in full swing, we created a helpful, how-to video on styling invitation suites. Whether you're a planner, stylist, graphic designer, or photographer, this is for you. In the video you will learn:

- how to choose a location for detail shots
- where to start with the styling of your invitation suite images
- optional layouts of invitation suites for a fine art aesthetic
- tips for your photography settings
- tips on what to bring on a wedding day to ensure beautiful photos

"Styling" is such a buzz word now, and I would argue for good reason! As I teach at Bloom, styling really does matter, as it helps sell goods and services, present yourself and your business in a professional manner, and simply allows people to see whatever you are presenting as more appealing if done artfully. Styling an invitation suite can be overwhelming, especially if there are a lot of paper goods in the suite. Hopefully this video, and the guide that goes along with it, helps you see that it doesn't have to be overwhelming! When you have a system in place, you can be creative while not feeling chaotic.

xoxo
