Say What?

The other day while I was laying down, trying to relax and just do nothing, I failed and my mind started thinking of fun little crafts to do.  Oops!  I wrestled through my small extremely-large-and-overtaking-my-room-craft-bins, and finally found a small black picture frame and a pink sample of wallpaper.  Of course it's wallpaper.  These are the fun things I collect when I clean up the resource room in design class.  I thought it'd be cute to make a sweet little message board for our bathroom.  Why not, right?!

Here's what you'll need:

1. Picture frame
2. Any type of colorful paper
3. Glass to the picture frame
4. White board markers!

Put the paper behind the glass for a cute back drop:

Then get creative and write little messages, verses or quotes!

Of course no bathroom is complete without fresh flowers.  One of my New Year's resolutions (:

We can change it whenever we want.  Simple, costs no money (assuming you have a frame and some paper) and cute.  What do you think??

Happy Tuesday, friends! I'm off to pick up my best friend from the airport, so if I'm a little MIA this week, please forgive me in advance (: I'll catch up on the weekends, don't you worry!

In other news, my sweet girl Megan from Mackey Madness started a new series yesterday called This Blog Rocks.  She chose to highlight my blog for her first installment! I think I'm blushing.  Go check out her blog, she's the most adorable southern belle you'll ever meet!

Love and Sweet Sayings,

  20. I saw your post this morning and loved the idea so much that I already went to Hobby Lobby and purchased a frame, paper, and dry erase markers and have it put together! Ours will be in our kitchen...the plan is for my husband and I to take turns writing a bible verse on it every day. That way, we will have a bible verse to meditate on each day. Love it!
