You guys {or should I say "girls"...let's be honest!} I need your help! My beloved curtain fabric arrived at my house on Tuesday and to say I was excited when I opened the package would be an understatement. I can't wait to help my grandma sew these curtains and show you what we have up our sleeves :)
The next step for my bedroom is picking pillow shams to adorn my bed. What's more fun than fabulous pillows?? -- not much, that's what! I already have a few neutral colored shams, but I also want to add some pink to the mix. Here's where I need your help. I've picked two pillow fabrics I love from Skoope Home etsy shop. The covers I get will be standard pillow shams, not throw pillows.
Here are my choices:
Which one would YOU choose?! Leave a comment below with your choice (either #1 or #2)
Thanks for your help :)
Happy Thursday!

Happy Thursday!
Love,
i vote for 1!! 2 is a little too busy for me.
ReplyDeleteOoooo, they are both fabulous! I love the colour scheme you're going with Michaela. My favourite is number 2. Can't wait to see your decision. I'm loving this "decorating your bedroom" process :)

#1! It has a better contrast to the curtains. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat etsy shop, thanks for introducing me to it!
ReplyDeleteI really love both patterns, but with the fabric for the curtains, my eye keeps going to #2!
I love #1! :)
ReplyDeleteI like #2! The curtain fabric is gorgeous...love! Can't wait to see your room!!
ReplyDeleteI'm drawn to 2. Love the amount of white it has in it.
ReplyDeleteLove number 2!!!
ReplyDelete#1- your eye is drawn more to the coral color where in #2 you see more of the white and I think it is too much white when paired with the curtains.
ReplyDeleteIt's a close call, but I leaning towards #2!
ReplyDeleteI would choose pillow 2. I think it fits better with the curtains and the fine detailing that both materials display.
ReplyDelete#2, I like the contrast of the more square shape in that pattern to the rounded flowers in your curtain fabric. The other looks too similar.
ReplyDelete# 2...hands down : )!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely # 1... a much prettier contrast! :)
ReplyDeleteIt is such a close call, after staring at them for a few minutes, #2 definately matches them better, there is more white, and the pink isn't as dark.
ReplyDeleteHowever, if you want something to be a little more contrasting, and you want the pink to really show then I would choose #1.
I think it comes down to the look you're going for, although both pillow covers are very beuatiful, and either one would be a good buy.
Hope this helps!

I am definitely going to go with #2! The greek key pattern is just SO classic, yet young & fun. It would look so gorg on the bed, and accent the curtains perfectly! I love the fabric of #1 as well, I just think the greek key is timeless, and #1 is more of a trend.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, love!

I like them both...but to pair with your curtains I prefer #2. the other one has similar round shapes as the floral fabric and I prefer the more geometric square of the greek key with it. Great fabric choices!!!!
ReplyDelete#1 has softer edges similar to those of the flowers, that would be my choice.
ReplyDelete#1!
ReplyDeleteIt seems to be a bit more 'feminine'
I would go with option #1! There is more red overall, which brings out the red flowers in your curtains. Super cute! Love :)
ReplyDeleteOption 2, the color is a better match. Option 1, while pretty, is too red. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI love #2! :)
ReplyDelete#2!!! Oh and I love the floral fabric!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving two - I like how the boxy greek key plays against the pretty curvy florals!
ReplyDeleteI love them both but I would go with #1.
ReplyDeleteI would choose number 2! That fabric for the curtains is gorgeous!
ReplyDelete#1! while I love a good greek key, number 1 provides more contrast to the curtains.
ReplyDeleteI vote for number 1!
ReplyDeleteNumber 2! Number 2! Number 2!
ReplyDeleteThere is more white in it, compliments the curtains more than the cushion 1.

I like them both but my instinct says number 2. The straight lines contrast with the soft lines of the floral curtains and the greek key is beautiful. Obviously judging by everyone's votes, either would be stunning!
ReplyDeleteWhat if you did both?? Would that be too much?? :) if not both, then definitely #1
ReplyDelete#1 for sure... 2 is a little too busy
ReplyDeleteI like number 2 for it's more intricate pattern that adds a little more interest! But whatever you go with will be beautiful!

Tough call! I feel like #2 coordinates better color-wise but pattern-wise I'm leaning towards #1. Apparently, I'm not much help but wanted to put my 2 cents in anyway! LOL Good luck :)
ReplyDeletei vote one :) but you really can't go wrong with either!
ReplyDeleteIt's really win, win, let's be honest. So cute. But I'd say the greek key, #2. It works best with the fabric!
ReplyDeleteI love greek key prints, so definitely #2 for me! Both would look amazing though--excited to see what you decide on :)
ReplyDeletei'm all about the greek key!! so #2 is my pick!
ReplyDeletecan't wait to see your room! it's going to be fabulous! :)
I like #2...but I love #1, too. I will take those instead. Ship them to me. : )
