My Very Own Website & Business Card Design Giveaway!

Friends! I've been waiting to share this with you for a long time now, and today is the day! In a few short months, I will have my very own, beautiful website featuring my services and portfolio. I will be doing a soft launch of my design business once the website goes live, because I'll still be working for someone else at the same time while I take on a few select clients. Of course, I'll continue my blog just like I do now, and offer my e-design services in case you're out of state and would like to work with me. 

Let me tell you, a website is a big, big deal. It can be a really fun big deal, especially when you're working with amazing and talented designers and developers in the process.  As a part of my graduation gift, my dad let me choose a designer to work with who I felt would create a brand and website for my business that I would love for a long, long time.  Ashley & Malone advertised on my blog earlier this year, so I already adored them and their brand. When it came time for me to look into a designer for my own brand, I didn't have to look far. Ashley's style and kind personality were enough to seal the deal.  Malone's talent in web developing is stellar, so that didn't hurt. This husband and wife duo had me at hello.

I wanted to show you the creative direction we're going for my website. It all started with the above inspiration board. Ashley compiled everything I love into one place and we established a color palette. It was love at first sight. Next, she developed a custom logo just for me! In fact, Ashley drew the font you see there, so no one else will ever have it :) Below, you'll see my website brand board with the color palette, fonts and patterns. THEN you'll notice my adorable new business cards...I mean seriously. Does it get much cuter?! I think not.

I'm pretty darn excited about the launch of my website and brand. I'm already so, so proud of it and so thankful for Ashley. She's a rockstar, and it's going to be such a fun day when this baby goes live!
