The Bloom Workshop Atlanta Recap

After a few months delay, we're finally sharing our Bloom Workshop from last October in Atlanta with you! It was the most gorgeous venue, Vinewood Plantation, and we were so thrilled to have worked with SO many talented vendors (listed below). The day was such a dream!

After registration, where guests received a personalized little necklace, Bloom always starts off with a yummy strolling breakfast and warm coffee (or tea!) Guests get to mingle, find their seats, their personalized notebooks with the most beautiful calligraphy, a delicious macaroon, their itinerary for the day, a custom art print and a few other fun things! They also see their bag full of SWAG resting on their chairs and try to wait to open them :)

After everyone gets settled, we dive right into introductions to get to know everyone a little better. I love this part! Next, it's time to get to business. We go right into our session on why and how to blog, how to use social media to grow your business, and the best social media practices. We break for lunch, then come back for Ashley's session on photography, then finish with my session on design and styling before we head outside. Our styled shoot outside is my labor of love and always proves to be everyone's favorite part of the day. Guest's get to practice styling and photographing a beautiful set up, complete with a bride and groom to practice posing. The last part of the day is another favorite -- we bring in a few experts in their own creative fields and attendees get to ask any and all questions. I always end up learning something new, too!

Here are lots of pictures from the day...
Our sweet friend Ashley is working the check-in table. Love her!

Our adorable notebooks from Bearsley & Bumski and beautifully personalized in calligraphy, by the one and only Laura Hooper

One of our good friends and website designer, Lauren of Elle & Company, was able to make it to our Atlanta workshop and she happens to be a great hand-letterer! She did all our chalkboard signs for us. So fun!!

The amazing drink station was set up by Souther Vintage. The guests got to drink out of gorgeous and unique glass goblets all day. Southern Vintage also has an amazing collection of vintage furniture, so they also hooked us up with the seating area. It's these special touches I love the most!

The set up in the front of the room was pulled together with a knock-out sequin table runner from Mrs. Fruend and more pretties from Southern Vintage.

A swag bag that made me jealous :)

Time to set up for the styled shoot! You can see all the beautiful images Ashley took of the inspiration shoot here

Jessica from Beauty Asylum totally killed it in the makeup and hair department!

All the ladies were taking everything in and practicing with their cameras. Such fun!
