Although it's still warm here in Northern California, I can smell Fall in the air. A slight breeze has shown up, and I think it's here to stay. I'm more than okay with that, because it means we can wear boots and sweaters soon!
This past weekend I did some errands with my dad and wore my fall transition uniform: rolled up jeans, a tank and some metallic sandals. I'm kind of loving the boyfriend jean look, although I'm sure if I can pull the super baggy cut off. I think I'll stick with this look above; an interesting and distressed wash, wider cut, rolled up and a bit more loose fitting than my normal skinny jean. Also, can we talk about the gorgeous purple flowering trees?! Love. I can't wait for the trees to turn yellow and orange and deep shades of red. What a great time of year.
What's the weather like in your town and do you have a transition into fall look?!
Enjoy your Tuesday!

Beautiful pictures. It is 72 this morning on the NC coast, feels so good.
ReplyDeleteYou can pull off the boyfriend jeans!!!! They look so cute on you. Just make sure to have a more feminine top on. That's my problem, I always want to make it comfy on top and comfy on bottom and then I just end up looking like I'm ready to paint your house! haha.
ReplyDeleteI love the color of your jeans! I don't know if I could ever pull off the boyfriend jean even though I've always wanted to try. :)
ReplyDeleteyou look gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteIt has been fairly cool here in Pittsburgh lately. I'm enjoying the fact that it's not too cool yet and I can layer as dress and sweater. I'm not sure how long this blissful medium will last though! Haha!

Such a cute outfit and love those purple flowers.
ReplyDeleteWhere I live (Phnom Penh, Cambodia) we only have 2 season. Hot and wet and Hotter and dry.. Now it's hot and wet season but we've been enjoying this lovely breezy cold front (low and mid 80s) for the past few days so wearing jeans and not sweating has been a nice change. Usually during hot and wet season I don't wear flip flops just so that I don't splash dirty water up my legs, back and hair so a transition piece for me is always a nice closed sandal. Even during the hottest days of the year (it gets up to 117 in April) I wear a cardigan out of modesty and wearing one now and not being drenched is a nice change, hope it keeps like this for the next few months. So wish I could wear a jacket like the one you are wearing in the next post!! But, it's still way too hot here for one of those amazing pieces..
