Bloom Workshop 2016 Schedule

I'm back after taking a much-needed, yet unintentional entire week off of blogging! I'm excited to be back regularly now. Today I have some exciting news about The Bloom Workshop, a workshop for creative women I co-own with my friend, Ashley.

The day is finally here when we are spilling all the details about our 2016 Bloom Workshops! This year we are scaling back and only hosting 4 workshops (due to our upcoming wedding!), but this means that they will be better than ever. With two Bloom Bash workshops (one on each coast!) and two mini workshops, there really is something for everyone. Read about the workshops below and head to our website to learn more.

We'll be opening registration on JANUARY 18th for all of the workshops. Rumor has it we are giving our followers a discount code to register with on top of the early bird ticket prices, too! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you can be the first to know when tickets are open.

La Petite Bloom will be offering a new skill session for the first time with Sweet Heather Anne. Heather will be teaching guests the art of hand painting frosted cookies as well as offering baking and decorating tips. Our second session will feature Jennifer Haf of BLOOM Florals instructing on floral care and design. Our final session with Michaela Noelle Designs and Ashley Slater Photography will teach the basics of great styling and photography concepts.

This unique La Petite Bloom was created with photographers, designers, stylists, curators and art directors in mind. One of our most beloved portions of the large scale workshops are the styled photo shoots, and this mini workshop will focus on only this. Not only will you learn how to dream up and execute styled shoots of your own, you'll also be actively styling details, working with models and more. Guests can expect to have one-on-one guidance as we work through settings, best practices and perfecting the image in camera. Film and digital shooters, novice to experienced welcome. Local experts and vendors to be announced soon.
