I promised I would show you some of my Christmas touches in my home this week, so here I am! I didn't do anything big or fancy, because I'm leaving to go spend a few weeks in California next week. However, I did want to be able to enjoy the Christmas decorations for a few weeks while I could. Working from home is made more fun and enjoyable when you have a little tree :)
Enjoy the little apartment Christmas tour:
I picked this guy up for $2 at a local nursery.
My fresh Christmas wreath from Snow Greens smells amazing!
I hung up my two cute stockings from Land of Nod. They don't have these anymore, but they do have a cute selection.
My gold wing bowl from Nate Berkus, filled with sparkly pine cones helps dress up my bookcase.
I didn't want to get a real tree, since I wouldn't be here for very long to enjoy it, so I went to Hobby Lobby and grabbed a tiny little 3.5' tree for my living room. I adorned it with my favorite brightly colored ornaments. You might remember I hosted a Land of Nod event last year, so most of my Christmas decor are souvenirs from that party!
We used this gorgeous sequin table runner for a Bloom Workshop and photo shoot we did last year, and when I found it in my closet, I thought it would make the PERFECT tree skirt! I absolutely love it :) Thanks, Mrs. Freund!
Last but not least are my little DIY snow globes. I made these many years back and blogged about it here. Feel free to check that post, laugh at my pictures and whatever else is funny from and old post of mine, and then make your own! Hehe :)
Are any of my fellow apartment dwellers doing any Christmas decorating?! I'd love to see it!
Happy Thursday! Don't forget to check out my Gift Guide for the Book Worm from this morning.
