Los Angeles Apartment Tour

It's been two weeks since moving into my new apartment in Los Angeles, and I'm really loving how everything looks. Upon arriving in my unit, I was shocked at how large our living space actually is. What a great surprise! It has hardwood floor and granite countertops, but to be honest with you, it's not all that decorated. I didn't bring nearly as much decor as I had with me in Seattle, so today I'm showing you little vignettes set up around the apartment.  One piece that definitely made it down to LA was my chevron dresser! However, this time it is being used in the dining room as a "buffet" and extra storage.  I think she is happy with her new home :)

Beautiful artwork done by Jill. Email for commissioned work: jkatogwe@gmail.com
View of down town from our window. A little smoggy, eh?!
If you love this journal on my desk, go here to follow the tutorial and make your own!

And that's all folks! Maybe in a few weeks I'll be back with some more images from our apartment as it becomes a little more decorated for Fall.  Pumpkins are in our near future!

Have a lovely Tuesday :)
Love,

  13. Your apartment looks very pretty. I also wanted to thank you for yesterday's post on how to do a gallery wall. I was working on a gallery wall of butterfly paintings and was planning to do two straight rows. But after I saw the blog post on how to do gallery walls, I decided on a different configuration. I have thanked you in my blog post. If you would like to see it, it is in truthgraceandlife.blogspot.com

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

  22. @Sarah- I don't really have a "craft area"...I just use the dining table, which is right in front of my chevron dresser. Will have to put up more pictures soon!
