Christmas has come and gone and our family is still recovering! Our family headed up to the Tahoe mountains to spend Christmas with my dad's parents, who we haven't had Christmas with in years. We had the best day relaxing, opening gifts, spending time together, laughing, eating {way too much!}, playing in the snow, and celebrating Jesus' birth. Here are just a few pictures of our day and my grandma's beautiful Christmas decor, cooking and home. Below you'll find a video of Christmas at our house as well. Hope loved all the snow. We all had so much fun watching her run through it and mostly eat it :) Little balls of snow would stick to her fur, which was also pretty funny. I'll be showing more snow pictures tomorrow.
Above is the yummiest cocktail you'll ever try. Recipe: muddled raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, lemon and vodka. Shake well and pour into glass over crushed ice. Top off with sparkling lemonade. If you'd like to see a little more of our Christmas Day, you can watch this video I put together. This is the first time in years {probably close to 12!} that we've taken video of our Christmas festivities, so I'm so excited about having this for years to come. My family is so special to me, so having this put a smile on all of our faces!
