ReplyDeletei have been craving pizza lately and made pizza toast the other day. sourdough bread, a little sauce, some cheese and then a topping (i use mini pepperoni) just stick in the toaster! it takes no time. :)

ReplyDeleteYum must try these, the children would love them. I made delicious egg and bacon mini pies yesterday.. puff pastry (store bought!) in a muffin tray (I used a big 6 hole muffin tray) sprinkle bacon, onion and spinach (the fresh salad type), sprinkle some chedder cheese, then top with egg mixture of (beaten eggs, cream, mixed herbs and cracked pepper). The reason you do just the egg mixture last is so you get the same amount of ingredients in each pie.. back on about 350degrees for 20 mins. yum!

ReplyDeleteOne of my all time favorite go-to dish is of this "spicy" hummus recipe i found on 101cookbooks. I add a little bit more of the red chili flakes to give it a good kick :P It's super super easy and takes 15-20 min max! as long as you have a blender you're good
