Dream Home 2012

This year, HGTV's 2012 Dream Home is a modern, rustic, and western ranch in Utah. You know I love me some rustic/modern pairings, and this house is no exception.  While I was longing to see a few lighter and brighter touches to the home, I did love how warm, cozy and inviting it is.  My favorite part of the house is that stunning floor-to-ceiling brick living room. Ahhh! It's safe to say I'd definitely accept if I were to win the dream house (:

I can't wait to watch the special on January 2nd!
What about you? What's your favorite part of the home?
Happy Weekend!
Love,

PS. I have two sponsor spots left for January. If you'd like to advertise on Michaela Noelle Designs, please email me at michaelawarner90@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Love to have you! xo

  1. All that stone! I love stone walls, what a gorgeous home, but I agree, needs some brighter touches.

  9. It really is a gorgeous home! It fits in perfectly with the lifestyle that accompanies living in Park City! The hubs and I are dreaming of winning this home, especially because we make the 40 minute run up to Park City pretty often to have a little getaway. Not to mention my hubs is a fly fisher and fishes the Provo river! Although, maybe I want you to win...then we could be neighbors! Happy New Year Michaela!

  13. Beautiful! I thought I recognized the mountains... Park City is fabulous, but the fly fishing is better up here in SE Idaho, says my hubby who has lived both places ;) Having said that I would definitely not mind having a place to go in PC!
