She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not: In Honor of Design


Get ready for your eyes to be awakened today! Anna, from In Honor of Design, is here sharing her loves and loves-me-nots and she's doing it with lots of color! Anna is so sweet, thoughtful, and has the most darling shop.  Her blog is full of design inspiration and sweet pictures of her precious little ones (: Take it away, friend!
Michaela, Thank you so much for having me a part of this series. I have been reading all of the past ones too because they are so much fun:) Well, I am a girl who loves bright bold color so my current loves are all color related!!
She loves me:



1. Colorblocking (via IHOD)......obviously an appropriate trend for a color loving girl:D
2. Candy in Jars (selfridges via you are my fave)....the perfect party favor!
3. Kate Spade Ad Campaign (Katespade) .....its full of color, fun ,and excitement!

4. DIY colored Mason Jars(via 100 Layer Cake)....a fun element to add to a festive occasion:)

She Loves Me Not:
A few random things I strongly dislike at the moment!

1. Lace shorts (via weheartit)....sorry I know.... It may be the trend, but they look like lacy underwear to me?!
2. Jersey Shore....everything about it makes me cringe!

3. Green and blue pastel nail polish (via fashionfame)....another trend I cannot get on board with! Probably because I am a bright and bold kinda girl;)


Told you it was colorful! I just love what she came up with.  Color blocking sure is a great trend, and Jersey Shore...no thanks!

    I can't agree with the pastel and the lace shorts because If i had the legs I would be rocking them! And i'm all about pastel! But jersey shore... uggg! Gross! I agree Cringe-worthy!

    I like lace but bare shorts are entirely innapropriate maybe with cloth underneath or a SKIRT would be cuter!
    Yuck Jersey Shore is gross. An an Italian American from my dad's side it's just so sad. Italian culture is beautiful, Jersey Shore is not real Italian young adults.

    the yellow and pink are so presh together!!!! I have to admit though, I majorly love the pastels nail colors that are coming in this season. I bought a really awesome pastel color called "robin's egg" -- it matches everything!!

    i've come over from Anna's space to check out her amazing guest post and is it ever awesome! was there ever any doubt?! she is truly a one of a kind sorta girl.

    i really like your idea for this feature, it's brill lades!!!

    Anna, your color-packed "love me's" are visually stunning. i'm now craving some juicy fruit or something, it's that delish.

    the "not's" are most agreed, except i have to say after seeing a certain pair of lace shorts re-styled by ohrenee*design i was immediately in love. my bods not meant for them but i have seen them looking pretty cute on other girls.
