{In the Kitchen} Homemade Mini Pizzas

I've been on a recent cooking kick, and thought I'd share one of my favorite mini bite recipes as of lately.  If you're looking for a quick and yummy appetizer, these mini pizzas are perfect! I found the recipe on Pinterest and gave it whirl. It did not disappoint.  I put the recipe on the images above, but if you want more info, go view the original recipe here.

Also, since I've been enjoying cooking much more in the new apartment, let me know your favorite recipes to cook up so I can try them! So...what have you cooked {or baked!} recently?! Keep them simple...this girl doesn't have a ton of time!

Bon Appétit...and happy Friday!

Eeeeek! {If only Sean wasn't taken now, this would have been my chance to meet him!} ;)

  7. That's so brilliant to use tortillas as the crust, so much easier than working with dough and probably saves on the carbs! Thanks for sharing this!

  13. Yum must try these, the children would love them. I made delicious egg and bacon mini pies yesterday.. puff pastry (store bought!) in a muffin tray (I used a big 6 hole muffin tray) sprinkle bacon, onion and spinach (the fresh salad type), sprinkle some chedder cheese, then top with egg mixture of (beaten eggs, cream, mixed herbs and cracked pepper). The reason you do just the egg mixture last is so you get the same amount of ingredients in each pie.. back on about 350degrees for 20 mins. yum!

  18. I'm a recent reader of your blog and I love all your posts! Loving this mini pizza idea!

One of my all time favorite go-to dish is of this "spicy" hummus recipe i found on 101cookbooks. I add a little bit more of the red chili flakes to give it a good kick :P It's super super easy and takes 15-20 min max! as long as you have a blender you're good
