Happy Wednesday! This week I'm excited to share my loves and love-me-nots. I'm also excited that you all can link up at the bottom of your post and join in on my third link party for my She Loves Me series.
She Loves Me:
1. Bright Color in this gorgeous sunroom. To me, this room has just enough texture, pattern, color and neutral elements. Those drapes are divine.
2. Comforting and encouraging verses in times of struggle and confusion:
3. Chambray Tops. Just adore them. I need one in my closet ASAP.
4. My brother is graduating this weekend!! He's going to Baylor in the Fall and I'm so excited for him. However, I can't help but feel old. Weren't we just at your T-Ball games like, yesterday?!
5. Farm House Sinks. Especially yellow ones.
6. These two darling dresses. Bright color, fun pattern- I'm thinking one of these would be perfect for my brother's graduation!
She Loves Me Not:
1. Trying to figure out what to cook each night. Don't get me wrong, I love cooking, but it's hard to find time and energy to find a recipe, get to the store for the ingredients and finally come home to cook it- all while being busy with classes, homework, bible study and young life. Ah! {help me!}
2. The thought of packing. Oh myyyy... Ashley is coming up to Seattle to help me pack and road trip back down to California in less than 3 weeks and I'm not so sure how we're going to do it. I don't just have one little room to pack up, I have a bedroom, a kitchen, lots of decorations, and clothing for days. It should be interesting!

So...what are YOU lovin' and not diggin' this week?! Link up below or tell me in the comments! Be sure to link back to this post for others to join in the party, too.
Love,

I am packing my apartment today in Boston to move back to California and feel the exact same way...it is no fun. Hopefully it goes well for you :)

ReplyDeleteLove that verse you shared! Hope the Lord supplies you in whatever you're going through. Here's a hymn I thought you might enjoy:

Much grace to you, Michaela!
OMGoodness! Elie saw you post this morning and emailed me. Kate is going to Baylor!!! Small world.
ReplyDeleteI love numbers 1 and 6. And don't feel bad about cooking. It's so hard being a student with several other responsibilities and priorities. I'm in the same boat.

I am having a hard time finding time and ins[iration to cook too. Because we had our son I would spend hours.. and now its like "Here take the baby I have 30 minutes to have something on the table".
ReplyDeleteSic'em Bears! He's going to love Baylor, I couldn't have picked a better place to go myself! And those dresses are beautiful. Might have to go hunting for them :)
ReplyDeleteI love reading these! Always entertaining. Love the dresses too! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the bright colored room and the dresses!! It is always so nice to have comforting verses, always seems like the ones you need are there just at the perfect time! Completely agree with cooking too....so hard to make a decision and make the time for it!
ReplyDeletethis is a great list! my brother just graduated college, so i know the old feeling ;)

I love that verse too :)
ReplyDeleteAnd about cooking... euch... I love cooking but I know what you mean about finding time! We cook massive meals and have leftovers for days. Classy!
Oh how I've always wanted a farmhouse sink...and a farmhouse to go with it. :) Love all your loves today. :)
ReplyDeleteLove that verse...so much!! And I love you!! Want to Skype later? After Idol of course! Haha.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for hosting this linky party Michaela :) I totally understand finding time to cook for yourself...and the energy. Sometimes I feel like healthy choices are the first thing to go out the window during school! I just packed up and made it home this week. Now I have a million things to unpack!! Good luck, you will make it :)
ReplyDeleteThose chambray shirts make me smile, it's funny how fashion is. You see I made chambray shirts for my dad for years, and they looked a lot like this picture. :)
ReplyDeleteThat sun-room is to die for by the way!
